    Trying sea moss for the first time..

    I order from this place for a reason they came the day I asked them to and they answer the questions i had I soak the sea moss for about 36 hours with lime then I washed it out and blend it I tried it on Monday I got a good sleep and waked up with energy also my ance is started to fade so I would give them a 10/10 all the best..🙂

    After soak and preparation I place in the fridge. My bag lasts me a few months as I only use a 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon each morning. I have seen a difference taking it vs not taking it over a period of time. By the second week of not taking it I find that I have less energy from 6pm in the day; for me, this assists in my functioning into my night schedule.
